In addition to firearms, Westley Richards & Co. operates a retail store and e-commerce website, selling its own manufactured range of leather goods, own-branded clothing and accessories, and a select range of third-party brands.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our sales and manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, an ability to multi-task, and a high level of proficiency in using computers and software.

Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and discretion are essential for this position. This role involves contact with UHNWIs, so handling information with discretion and professionalism is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining customer documents and records.
  • Liaising with customers and their staff on documentation, deliveries, and payment requests.
  • Assisting the production department with timesheets, stock control, and supplier management.
  • Organising transport for guns, components, and accessories to and from outworkers.
  • Assist with gun licensing compliance and export and import paperwork.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with basic data entry processes and office equipment operation.
  • Ability to work on your initiative and collaborate well as a team.

Package

  • 30,000 to 35,000 per year
