We are exclusively hiring for an Administration Manager to join a vibrant, exciting and growing business based in Birmingham City Centre on a hybrid basis. This role will be varied, with some coordination tasks, compliance, report generation, collaboration and leading a small team of administrators. This Administration Manager role is available due to the growth of the business. Ideally you will:

  • Have experience in working in an administrative role, managing/leading others including tracking team performance
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy organising, coordinating and collaborating with others.
  • Have brilliant IT skills including using PDFs, formatting reports, producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Be a strong communicator with the ability to speak to stakeholders at all levels.
