ThisCommercialAdministratorrole would suit candidates with experience or enthusiasm for gaining skills in admin, reporting, document control, customer service, and billing, or as anAdministrator, Admin Assistant, Customer Service Coordinator, or similar role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the freight forwarding team and other department within the business
  • Providing customer service to client base
  • Daily and weekly reporting
  • Document control
  • Opening quotes log, and updating daily sales and pipeline reports

To Be Considered:

  • Admin based experience, ideally within a logistics / supply chain / freight forwarding environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
  • IT proficient
