Office Coordinator - PermanentBirmingham City Centre, West MidlandsUp to £25K, Hybrid - 3 days in office per weekOur client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting senior management and providing exceptional customer service.Responsibilities :

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office, responding to emails and greeting visitors
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up to date and easily accessible
  • Supporting senior management with administrative tasks, such as diary management and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar office-based role, with excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using databases and other office software
  • A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
