My client is looking for a General Manager to join a highly reputable law firm with multiple offices who provide professional and tailored legal services to a diverse range of clients seeking advice and representation.

The General Manager role is a crucial part of the business, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office management. My client is seeking an exceptionally organised individual who can efficiently manage operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.

Duties include:

  • Oversee general office management tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Assist managers with audits, including data collection and reporting.
  • Coordinate and resolve IT-related issues to maintain seamless workflow.
  • Update and communicate with regulatory bodies as required
  • Coordinate communications and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, meetings, and general administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Legal background (desirable not essential)
