SF Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join our client's team immediately. This role offers the chance to lead and optimise operations in a fast-paced environment, driving both team success and organisational efficiency. Office Manager - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: East Birmingham Contract Type: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and oversee the team. Support the team in building project packs for clients. Optimise processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Collaborate across teams to ensure operational excellence. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations. Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships.
