Are you an exceptional EA/PA looking to join a prestigious boutique finance house in the heart of Birmingham We're seeking a sophisticated, proactive professional to provide high-calibre support to our Partners whilst managing our elegant Birmingham office space.

This dual-focused position combines executive assistance to our senior leadership team with comprehensive office management responsibilities, offering the right candidate significant autonomy and scope for growth.

The successful candidate will provide sophisticated diary management for Partners and Deal Leaders, including complex international travel arrangements. You will act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and external stakeholders, manage critical business documentation using MS Office Suite, and ensure Partners are fully briefed and prepared for all engagements. Additional responsibilities include arranging international travel, coordinating high-level meetings, and maintaining exceptional standards of client service.

As Office Manager, you will oversee our premium office space, manage vendor relationships and contracts, control office expenditure and administrative budgets, and coordinate office improvements. You'll be responsible for supervising facilities management and maintenance whilst ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience supporting senior executives in financial services, demonstrating exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail. You must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, strong commercial awareness, and the highest levels of discretion. The ability to work autonomously whilst supporting multiple stakeholders is essential.
