Sales Office Manager - (Construction)

Very well-established National distributor of Insulation, roofing and interior materials

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Hours Lunch
21 Days holiday + bank holidays

Salary £35-40K

The Role

Responsible for 2 internal sales reps.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Establish and develop new business opportunities.
Maximise Margin negotiating with both Customer & Suppliers.
Build and develop relationships via telephone with the ability to meet face-to face.
Accurately process Sales Orders and Quotations.
Understand market pricing and customer spend habits.
Reconnect with lapsed customers and engage potential new accounts.
Work within companies Credit Control policies and procedures.
Upsell and cross sell full basket of products.
Support External & Internal Sales Team activity.
Chase outstanding Quotation to close Sales and effectively record feedback should Sale be lost.
Branch Specialist in driving CRM integration with other Sales Platforms.
Communicate with Key Business Stake Holders.
Primary Internal point of contact for Key Accounts.
Identify and Set Training Plans to upskill Staff.
Measure and Driver pre-agreed Daily, Weekly & Monthly KPI’s.

Previous Management Experience
Great Work Attitude with Desire for Success
Self-Motivated using own initiative to drive towards Branch Targets
Strong Communicator with natural ability to build relationships
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure
People person that leads by example and inspires colleagues
Understanding of Numbers; Sales, Cost and Margin
IT literate
Previous exposure to Building Material (Desirable)
