ROLE: Senior Office Support Administrator

SALARY: Up to £30,000 DOE

LOCATION: Marston Green (office based)

THE COMPANY:We are currently working with a leading construction business, based in Marston Green, who are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team and work alongside the Office Manager.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have a strong background within administration - ideally within the construction industry, however this isn’t essential.

Experience with risk assessments and health and safety administration is an advantage.

Due to the nature of the business, a hands-on attitude and the willing to help out in other departments as required, is a must.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and outgoing post
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Producing and distributing invoices
  • Updating training matrix / sub-contractor matrix
  • Health & Safety administration, involvement with H&S audits
  • Ensuring the Health & Safety policy adhered to
  • Vehicle maintenance and scheduling
  • Stock control of Engineer uniforms / office stationery & supplies
  • Full support to Office Manager / PA
