AV Collaboration Engineer - 5 Months - Hybrid (Any UK Office) - £325p/d - Inside IR35

Location: Hybrid (Any UK Office)

Are you an experienced collaboration professional, looking for the next challenge in your career? Do you have demonstrable experience in consulting with stakeholders to ensure collaboration spaces are fully scoped and prepared for deployment? Have you previously integrated Microsoft Teams Rooms with existing IT infrastructure? Interested in working for an innovative and award-winning company who support the development of your career? I'm looking to speak with individuals who are able to ensure all meeting space installations and configurations are completed to the requires time and standards. You will be able to demonstrate that you can test and troubleshoot meeting room technology. You must be able to act as an escalation point for any audio-visual problems.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and configure meeting room technologies

Support in the application of AV equipment security patches and any other updates, supporting Cyber Essential Plus and client-based audit requirements

Optimise the performance of AV equipment through proactive and preventative maintenance tasks

Provide subject matter expertise for the fitting out of meeting rooms

Ensure accuracy and quality from AV suppliers and room equipment integrators

The Ideal Candidate

Strong technical knowledge of a variety of meeting room technologies and collaboration tools

Solid understanding of audio-visual solutions

Highly organised with a can-do attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Up to date with the latest innovations and advances in technology

Desired experience with:

Meeting collaboration platforms

Microsoft Teams Room technologies

Troubleshooting microphones and audio DSP

AV systems used in large meeting spaces

Presentation software and set-up

Meeting room and event space upgrades
