Digital Project Manager Financial Services, Agile
A financial services business with a very open and inclusive culture are in the market for an experienced Digital Project Manager to work on their high-profile Digital Programme, which includes a number of software application and mobile builds, as well as 3rd party API integrations and open banking initiatives.
You will need expertise in both Agile delivery, senior stakeholder engagement and financial services experience. If you have played Scrum Master in previous roles or Delivery Manager this would be beneficial, although as an experienced PM you must take ownership of the successful delivery of projects. You'll need solid PM principles in planning and delivery and be able to run multiple projects concurrently.
To be considered for this role, youmust:
- Have worked within Financial Services or on long-term projects with FS Clients
- Be able to commute 1-2 days to the office in central Birmingham
- Possess expertise in Agile (ideally Scrum) in an Agile Delivery Manager function or similar
You will need to be a great communicator and come with the ability to work with different teams across the business.
The base salary is negotiable, aiming for £60k+ and there is also a superb benefits package available including 30 days holiday plus bank hols, significant pension and annual bonus.
