Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing engagement and promoting our courses and business across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This role is crucial in building our online presence, creating engaging content, and driving applicants to our courses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our courses and business.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Drive traffic to our website and increase course enrolments through targeted social media efforts.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
