Work independently with minimal supervision once job details are provided." Measure and verify material thickness using tape measures." Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making." Ensure precision and accuracy in all folded components." Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals.Requirements:" Minimum 2 years of experience as a brake press operator." Background in metalworking, specifically in sheet metal." Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings." Experience in folding different material thicknesses." Ability to change tooling and settings regularly." Strong initiative and problem-solving skills." Precision in measuring and understanding material thickness." Previous experience with non-mass production work."
