** Due to the position being based in the Education sector they will need to complete a DBS check before confirming a start date. If you have an existing DBS that would be a huge advantage **

My client specialises in offering a wide variety of hands-on courses and they have invested millions into their sites to ensure that their employees have a nice environment to work in. You will be working within a busy team based in Longbridge, where you will be based in their HR team.

My client also offers a professional and friendly working environment, flexible hours and on on-site gym, which you can use free of charge.

The position will involve supporting the HR Manager and Advisors by taking minutes in disciplinaries.Gathering witness statements.Putting new starter packs together and chasing outstanding information, whilst ensuring all correct information is on the system for new starters.Dealing with occupational health referrals and sending welfare invites out.This is a busy role that will also involve building relationships with internal colleagues and meeting a variety of administration based deadlines.
