Staffline is recruiting for a dedicated EU Customs Data Operator, supporting customs operations for a leading automotive company.

This is a key role within the Logistics Lead Provider (LLP), interacting with internal and external teams to ensure the smooth and timely flow of customs documentation.

Shift Patterns:
This role involves rotating weekly shifts:
Monday to Friday: 6am-2pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 12pm-8pm
Tuesday to Saturday: 8am-4pm
Shift Allowance: Applied to all hours worked

Your Time at Work
The main responsibilities include:

- Managing and organizing customs paperwork to ensure EU and UK shipments are compliant for cross-border transit.
- Creating, reviewing, and archiving customs documentation, including customs clearance forms.
- Coordinating with internal teams, carriers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure shipments are delivered on time.
- Monitoring and updating tracking sheets for compliance, and resolving any issues or escalations related to Brexit processes.
- Supporting high-volume periods and flexible working as needed.

Our Perfect Worker
We are looking for someone with:

- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Administrative experience is desirable, with customs experience as an advantage (training provided).
- Ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and adapt to evolving processes.
- A driver's license and geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe (preferred).
