Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Forest School Leader to provide outdoor education in our SEND schools, promoting an engaging learning environment for students.
The ideal candidate must hold a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification and have significant experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Responsibilities include running the outdoor education program for students ranging from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate leadership by example, and collaborate effectively with other staff members.
The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a Forest School Leader to deliver outdoor education in one of our SEND schools, so students are able to learn in an exciting, fun way.

You must hold a level 3 FSL and have experience working with students with SEND, you will be resposibile for running the programme for all the students from EYFS - KS2.

Candidate must:

Holds FSL Level 3
Experience of working in outdoor education
Significant experience working with students with SEND
Have excellent communication skills
Provide leadership by example
Work well with other staff members
