Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a a temporary to permanent opportunity near the NEC. You MUST be fluent in German.

The role is hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office and an immediate start is available

Responsibilities:
Reviewing, verifying, and entering supplier invoices.
Preparing and processing timely payments to suppliers.
Reconciling supplier statements with company records.
Handling supplier inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
Keeping the purchase ledger up to date and accurate.
Monitoring and managing credit terms with suppliers.
Assisting with monthly/year-end closing and providing reports.
Ensuring purchase orders match invoices and are properly authorised.

Requirements:
Experience in a previous accounts payable position
Fluent in German
Excellent communication skills
Working alongside other team members, internally & externally.
