Hybrid, full-time temporary position based in Birmingham city centre, offering the equivalent of up to 25,000 per annum depending on experience.

Are you are recent graduate or equivalent with an interest in property or planning? Would you like to work for a dynamic, highly respected organisation within an entry-level position, gaining valuable experience to strengthen future applications? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre 2 days a week, the successful applicant will work alongside other members of the team to ensure the smooth-running of projects.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Analysing and fact-checking land and property-related documents, working with specified information and rates to ensure the quality of the documents
  • Liaising with both internal teams and external parties, handling queries and dealing with correspondence
  • Producing plans and project documentation; processing planning applications to specified targets
  • Undertaking site visits, and producing reports accordingly
  • Other administrative and support duties when required

Prospective applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and written skills, and thrive working as part of a team. Applicants must be confident working with data, and be highly IT literate.

A background and interest in planning or environment is also desirable, but not essential.
