Satis Education is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Deputy Headteacher or Head of School for a well-respected primary school in Birmingham. The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be an experienced Deputy Headteacher or Head of School with a proven track record of raising standards.
• Have a firm but fair leadership style, ensuring clear structure and high expectations.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive improvements.
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community to uphold the school’s ethos and values.
• Have excellent communication and people management skills, inspiring staff and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the school in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
• Ensure a structured, consistent approach to behaviour management.
• Work closely with the leadership team to implement school improvement strategies.
• Engage with the local community, ensuring the school is a pillar of support and excellence.

This is an interim role, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to step into a pivotal leadership position and make an immediate impact.
