Description

Key responsibilities include;

  • Lead on organisational design and cultural transformation, ensuring alignment with the organisations strategic priorities
  • Work collaboratively across departments to break down silos and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Embed a place-centric approach, ensuring services are locally relevant
  • Champion partnership-building efforts with partners, ensuring strong & effective collaboration
  • Support digital transformation initiatives to modernise systems and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Promote a culture of empowerment, leadership, and innovation among colleagues

Profile

We are looking for;

  • Proven experience in organisational design and leading cultural transformation across complex organisations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with ability to partner across diverse groups
  • Strategic thinker, with hands on approach
