Description
Key responsibilities include;
- Lead on organisational design and cultural transformation, ensuring alignment with the organisations strategic priorities
- Work collaboratively across departments to break down silos and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Embed a place-centric approach, ensuring services are locally relevant
- Champion partnership-building efforts with partners, ensuring strong & effective collaboration
- Support digital transformation initiatives to modernise systems and enable data-driven decision-making
- Promote a culture of empowerment, leadership, and innovation among colleagues
Profile
We are looking for;
- Proven experience in organisational design and leading cultural transformation across complex organisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with ability to partner across diverse groups
- Strategic thinker, with hands on approach
