A well-established secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a qualified and experienced Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, with an ASAP start. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching French, Spanish, or German at Key Stage 3 and 4, and be ready to deliver high-quality lessons to inspire and engage students.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching MFL within UK schools
  • Strong knowledge of French, Spanish, or German, with the ability to teach up to Key Stage 4
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
  • Passion for languages and the ability to inspire students
  • Right to work in the UK

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Delivering dynamic and engaging MFL lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Planning and implementing high-quality lessons and schemes of work
  • Assessing and tracking student progress
  • Providing constructive feedback to support students' development
  • Contributing to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities
