We are recruiting for an a multi skilled maintenance operative in the central Birmingham Area, they are responsible for maintaining a large production and manufacturing environment for an industry leading organisation.
This is role will involve for a metal working company with an Industry leading brand, the key responsibilities for this role are detailed below.
- Continuous repair and maintenance on all areas of the property.
- Basic Carpentry and repair of wooden materials.
- Decorating and painting across offices and production environments.
- Simple brick working and repair of exposed brick walls.
- When required Plumbing and Pipefitting.
- Reactive Husbandry of fixtures and fittings.
- City and Guilds in Plumbing.
- Experience in multiple trade skills.
- Exposure to Carpentry on fire doors is preferable.
