A national provider of social housing repairs and maintenance including, responsive repairs, planned works and voids

Description

You will be responsible for painting and decorating in void properties and preparing the property for handover to new tenants
You may also be required to carry out other basic repairs including patch plastering

Profile

Ideally you will have relevant trade qualifications in painting & decorating (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
Previous experience working on social housing schemes, specifically voids work is desirable
You must have your own tools and transport
