This position as a PPA Teacher offers flexibility for those who want to work as a Supply Teacher in a Primary School environment, giving you the opportunity to work with children across the primary age range.

As a PPA Teacher, you’ll cover planned lessons across Primary, supporting the teaching team by delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

This PPA Teacher role is a long-term, part-time position starting in January and continuing until the end of the academic year.

For this PPA Teacher Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons as a PPA cover Teacher.
  • Ensure high standards of learning and behaviour management in line with school policies.
  • Work flexibly as a Supply Teacher, providing seamless teaching in the absence of regular staff.
  • Offer feedback on student progress to class teachers and support staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teachers and school staff.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Prior experience teaching in a Primary School.
  • Knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective classroom management.
  • Adaptable, with experience in a Supply Teacher role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Working as a PPA Teacher, benefits will include:

  • £130 - £170 day rate, equating to £25,350 to £33,150 per annum based on a full school year.
