Your new company You will be working in an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in the North of Birmingham. This school is looking for a qualified teacher for their PPA role where you will be responsible for planning and preparing the lessons across the year groups in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your new role The school is looking for a passionate, dedicated and qualified PPA teacher to start in September and join their team of experienced and committed teachers. The ideal candidate should be able to create a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils and have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students, monitor and assess student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents, work collaboratively with other teachers to ensure the best possible outcomes for students and attend staff meetings as well as participate in professional development opportunities. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a qualified teacher (QTS) and have experience working in a primary school setting. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills. In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references.
