As a Healthcare Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in conducting our induction training program, ensuring our staff receive the necessary mandatory training to excel in various healthcare settings. Your primary goal will be to equip our workforce with the knowledge and skills aligned with industry best practice, fostering confidence and preparedness in their roles.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in the care sector essential
- PTLLS or AET (or equivalent) Teaching Qualification
- IQA qualified highly desirable

- Must have full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
