* Deliver individual and small group sessions to support emotional regulation, social skills, and behaviour management.
* Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to create personalised strategies and interventions.
* Foster a positive and nurturing environment, helping students build self-esteem, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
* Develop and implement behaviour management plans and interventions tailored to individual students.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers, parents, and other professionals.

* Full-time, long-term positions in schools across Kings Heath, Selly Oak, Acocks Green, and Solihull.
* The opportunity to work in inclusive, supportive school environments with a focus on the emotional and mental wellbeing of students.
* A chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEMH and help them succeed academically and socially.
* Ongoing professional development and support from Aspire People to help you grow in your role.
* Competitive pay rates, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Need:
* Proven experience working with SEMH students (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) in a school or educational setting.
* A calm and patient approach, with the ability to work effectively with students who may display challenging behaviour.
* Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and how to support emotional and social development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
* A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
