Administration/ workplace assistant required for a leading organisation in Birmingham. Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will be organised, deliver a high level of customer service and be organised.
Key Responsibilities include
* Maintain visible presence, provide high-quality service and customer experience
* Coordinate and collate management information as required
* Work with service line managers, handle client and customer requests
* Ensure tidy and clean appearance across the building
* Log and chase work orders, communicate FM activities
* Maintain constant communication with service lines
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer facing FM environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-disciplined, work on own initiative, make decisions without referral
* Flexible and adaptable approach, good problem solving skills
