Are you a confident, driven team player? Do you have an eye for detail? TeacherActive are hiring for a Compliance & Payroll Administrator to join our ambitious and established compliance team.

Compliance & Payroll Administrator 

Location – B3 2HB, Office Based 

Salary – £25,000 per year The role of a Compliance & Payroll Administrator;

  • Supporting with all compliance administrative tasks as required for new candidates and to keep candidates cleared, including but not limited to;
  • Right to Work Checks
  • DBS Applications
  • Managing the external email inboxes
  • Taking card payments
  • Managing and administering candidate references for internal use and from external companies
  • Answering phone queries
  • Proactively speaking to candidates about the progress of their clearance stages
  • Proactively supporting the compliance team with external reference requests

Supporting with Payroll function by:

  • Carrying out Payroll Administration
  • Timesheet administration
  • Identifying and querying discrepancies with timesheets
  • Answering phone & email queries from candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Keeping accurate records of any notes or telephone contacts with candidates using the company CRM
  • Working closely with the branch network to establish excellent lines of communication
