This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with a experience of global payroll operations, looking to take the next step in their career with an established company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the global payroll cycles, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting financial accuracy across payroll-related processes.Key Responsibilities:- Manage global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees across multiple countries.
- Lead and coordinate payroll cycles, ensuring all deadlines are met and payroll runs smoothly.
- Process international payments, including salaries, taxes, pensions, and benefits, in compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from a payroll perspective, ensuring all data is accurately captured and processed.
- Process and reconcile payroll-related taxes, pensions, and benefits, ensuring full compliance with local legislation.
- Capture payroll data, reconcile journal entries, and ensure accurate financial reporting across all payroll functions.
- Utilize payroll journals to raise client invoices and monitor profitability margins, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
- Accurately record and release accruals and prepay costs related to payroll, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform quality control checks to maintain the integrity of payroll information.
- Proven experience in international payroll, with a solid understanding of global payroll systems, processes, and local compliance regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy, quality control, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles across different regions and countries, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to work with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to resolve any payroll-related issues.
- Previous experience in processing international payments and working with complex payroll systems is a plus.
