Payroll Administrator – BirminghamLocation: BirminghamSalary: Up to £32,000Contract: PermanentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic and growing business. This role will involve end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations and payroll legislation.Key Responsibilities:? Process full end-to-end payroll efficiently and accurately.? Ensure correct calculation and processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.? Maintain compliance with UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and employment laws.? Handle starters, leavers, and payroll amendments.? Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business.? Process expenses, redundancy pay, and payroll adjustments.Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in bureau, client payroll, or high-volume/multi-site payroll environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI, and pension regulations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire payroll lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
