An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic and growing business. This role will involve end-to-end payroll processing while ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations and payroll legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process full end-to-end payroll efficiently and accurately.
✅ Ensure correct calculation and processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
✅ Maintain compliance with UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and employment laws.
✅ Handle starters, leavers, and payroll amendments.
✅ Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business.
✅ Process expenses, redundancy pay, and payroll adjustments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in bureau, client payroll, or high-volume/multi-site payroll environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI, and pension regulations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire payroll lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
