You’ll play a key role in delivering timely and accurate payroll services while providing first-class support to employees and stakeholders.What you’ll be doing:
  • Processing the full end-to-end payroll cycle for a large, multi-site workforce
  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions in line with internal and statutory deadlines
  • Managing compliance with HMRC, pensions, and other statutory requirements
  • Responding to employee payroll queries in a helpful and professional manner
  • Maintaining data accuracy across payroll systems and documentation
  • Liaising with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and support
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience within a full payroll lifecycle role
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, RTI, and statutory reporting
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Confidence using payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Previous HR exposure would be a bonus, but not essential
