- Payroll Administrator
- Birmingham (Hybrid)
- £32,000 p/a + Bonus
- Processing the full end-to-end payroll cycle for a large, multi-site workforce
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions in line with internal and statutory deadlines
- Managing compliance with HMRC, pensions, and other statutory requirements
- Responding to employee payroll queries in a helpful and professional manner
- Maintaining data accuracy across payroll systems and documentation
- Liaising with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and support
- Proven experience within a full payroll lifecycle role
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, RTI, and statutory reporting
- A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Confidence using payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Previous HR exposure would be a bonus, but not essential
