Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Valuer/Negotiator in the Great Barr Lettings Office

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with landlords & tenants
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment & activity level
  • Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
  • Polite Telephone manner and able to communicate details effectively
  • Qualify applicants, arrange, and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate between Landlords and tenants
  • Referencing progression
  • Create move In contract pack
  • Conduct office-based move in appointments
  • Reporting activity daily to manager
  • Provide exceptional client service

Experience Needed

  • 12 months Lettings Administration
  • 12 months Lettings Valuing
  • 12 months Lettings Negotiating
