We are seeking a Property Claims Manager to join a Property Insurance Claims Team for our impressive client, where you’ll take the lead in managing property claims with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full claims process for property related claims - both domestic and commercial
  • Act as a main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and support throughout the claims process
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and satisfactory conclusion
  • Address and resolve disputes or escalated claims with professionalism and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property related claims and principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • High degree of IT competency
  • Detail-orientated with a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • Relevant professional qualifications (Dip CILA/CII) or keen to undertake sponsored study
