Clinical Pharmacist – NHS Hospital, Birmingham (Ongoing Contract)

Working Hours: Flexible – 3, 4, or 5 days per week
Hourly Rate: £27 - £33 per hour (DOE)

Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic ongoing contract role offering flexible working options. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting clinical reviews of patient medications
  • Providing expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications
  • Monitoring and adjusting drug therapies as necessary
  • Supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to hospital patients
  • Collaborating closely with medical and nursing staff
  • Ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines and standards

Requirements:

  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience is essential
  • GPhC registration
  • Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to work between 3 to 5 days per week
