Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description:Trident Healthcareare seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our clients hospital team in Birmingham. This role involves providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in various wards, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering daily ward rounds.
  • Conducting medication reviews and providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
  • Monitoring patient medication therapies and providing interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
  • Educating patients and healthcare staff on medication management.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting, particularly in ward-based roles.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
