What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our NHS clients' team as an Outpatient Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients accessing outpatient services. In this role, you will:

• Conduct accuracy checking and some screening work in the outpatient team• Ensure safe and effective medication dispensing• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold high pharmacy standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration• Prior community exprerience required, but no hospital experience needed!• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to work independently and within a team• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers flexibility, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with options to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week. The contract is for 3–6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
