What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in gynaecology wards, care of the elderly, and rehab wards. In this role, you will:? Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews? Provide expert clinical advice to healthcare teams? Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care? Maintain accurate patient records and ensure medication safety

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:? A current and valid GPhC registration? Prior ward-based experience in a hospital setting? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
