- Conduct thorough medicines reconciliation to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy.- Verify Patient’s Own Drugs (PODs) for accuracy and compliance.- Assess patients' ability to administer their medications independently.- Oversee stock management and ensure pharmacy supplies are consistently replenished.- Coordinate prescription arrangements with healthcare professionals for efficient processing.- Liaise with community pharmacies to ensure smooth service delivery and patient care.- Perform accuracy checks on pharmacist prescriptions and dispensing by other team members.- Dispense medications accurately and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards.- Handle inquiries from patients and staff regarding medications and pharmacy services.- Manage supply orders to maintain adequate stock levels.Requirements:
