We are looking to recruit an innovative, enthusiastic Physiotherapist to be part of our team here at Bondcare to oversee our Midlands homes.

Within our Midlands care homes, we offer short term intermediate and nursing care for rehabilitation and as an alternative to hospital stay along with long term care . Our team is here to help residents complete their recovery and prepare them to feel confident and independent when they return home.

As a physiotherapist you will triage, assess, implement, plan, and evaluate the delivery of direct patient care as an independent practitioner. Working as a practitioner within our care home, where you will provide continuation of therapy intervention and rehabilitation for patients across the inpatient intermediate care beds.

Role as a Physiotherapist

Working as an integral part of the team you will provide specialist physiotherapy assessment, treatment and pathways of care. Being part of the Discharge to Assess process you will liaise with colleagues across all sectors to arrange appropriate support in the community and will managing a caseload of patients ensuring ahigh standard of physiotherapy provision.

You must have
You must have experience of working in an equivalent service and it would be desirable that you have experience of working in a rehabilitation or community setting. You are able to demonstrate an appropriate level of clinical skills in physiotherapy, you are experienced in person-centered assessments, as well as developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care. You must have a recognised Physiotherapy qualification and be eligible for HCPC Registration.
