Job Duties:- Inspect plumbing systems and identify maintenance needs
- Repair or replace plumbing components such as pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances
- Install new plumbing systems as needed
- Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Valid plumbing qualifications/certifications
- Proven experience as a maintenance plumber
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Completion of plumbing apprenticeship or relevant vocational training
- Additional courses in plumbing maintenance and repair preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance plumbing
- Experience working in a construction environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Gas Safe registered
- Experience with commercial plumbing systems
- Working outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina required for lifting and carrying heavy equipment
- Frequent travel to different job sites
