Our client is an established commercial and domestic facilities maintenance and installation company, owing to continued growth they require a Plumber with Unvented Certification to join them on an ongoing contract basis.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Travel to and work at Social Housing properties across the Midlands and occasionally other areas in the UK as required.
  • Carry out repairs, maintenance, assembly, installation, upgrades, and conversions to both wet and dry plumbing systems.
  • Fit and service cylinders, including with an unvented cylinder certificate.
  • Be part of the emergency call-out team on a rota basis.
  • Promote a positive and professional attitude towards all customers and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and other members of the public.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Recognised plumbing apprenticeship and/or qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or City & Guilds.
  • Flexible approach to travel and working hours, including the availability to work additional hours when required, with overtime payable.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undertake further training and development as required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
