Lead and coordinate planning applications and strategies across a broad range of projects.

Prepare and implement planning strategies for major developments.

Deliver evidence-based studies and site appraisals to support policy development and master planning projects.

Draft, review, and check high-quality reports and planning submissions.

Manage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Engage with clients and stakeholders, developing strong working relationships and business opportunities.

Support and mentor junior planners, contributing to team growth and knowledge-sharing.

A degree or postgraduate qualification in Town and Country Planning (RTPI accredited) with Chartered membership of RTPI.

Extensive experience in planning, gained from consultancy, a local authority, or a similar setting.

Strong understanding of UK planning law, policies, and procedures.

Proven track record in managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects.

Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to manage project budgets effectively.

Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
