- Ensuring all fleet compliance documentation is up to date and accurately maintained
- Assisting with vehicle inspections, service schedules, and legal compliance records
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure adherence to regulations
- Handling administrative tasks related to driver records, licenses, and training compliance
- Monitoring and updating databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Supporting the compliance team with audits and reporting requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within fleet, transport, or compliance
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
