The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all fleet operations adhere to legal and company compliance standards. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update compliance records for all fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements, including MOT, servicing, and insurance documentation.
  • Monitor driver compliance, including licence checks, training records, and incident reports.
  • Assist with audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support the Compliance Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle general administrative duties, such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or compliance role, preferably in the fleet, transport, or logistics sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of fleet compliance regulations is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
