- Maintain and update compliance records for all fleet vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles meet regulatory requirements, including MOT, servicing, and insurance documentation.
- Monitor driver compliance, including licence checks, training records, and incident reports.
- Assist with audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is available.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Support the Compliance Manager with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Previous experience in an administrative or compliance role, preferably in the fleet, transport, or logistics sector.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of fleet compliance regulations is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
