Because this position is based in the Education sector you will need to either have a current Enhanced DBS or open to having one processed.

  • Your role will involve vetting compliance within the People Services department.
  • Maintain an up to date Single Central Record.
  • Coordinate agency cover for the College and accurately monitor agency cover expenditure.
  • You will need to have strong written and communication skills as you will be liaising with Senior Members of the College.
  • Scheduling termly internal and external audits of the College Single Central Record.
  • You will be coordinating agency cover and liaising with agency contacts.
  • Working closely with the finance department.
  • Checking all Compliance information whilst following and checking the keeping children safer in Education process.
  • Overseeing the Administration process that relates to risk assessments.
  • Dealing with offer letters, contracts and other Administration based duties.
  • Because you will be based in People Services you will need to have a CIPD Level 3 qualification.
