What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Compliance Manager:
- Ensure company wide standardised approach to compliance across all offices
- Deliver training on risk and professional conduct compliance updates
- Ensure all changes comply with Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) and Law Society Regulations
- The Compliance Manager will lead on conductingfile reviews
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous legal compliance experience and an understanding of the current regulations is essential
- Strong time management and people management skills and experience
- Able to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
