What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Compliance Manager:

  • Ensure company wide standardised approach to compliance across all offices
  • Deliver training on risk and professional conduct compliance updates
  • Ensure all changes comply with Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) and Law Society Regulations
  • The Compliance Manager will lead on conductingfile reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous legal compliance experience and an understanding of the current regulations is essential
  • Strong time management and people management skills and experience
  • Able to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
