Your new companyOur clients are seeking a passionate and driven Environment and Health and Safety Governance Manager to contribute to the development and improvement of their integrated ISO management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. This role involves planning and conducting internal audits, supporting continual improvement projects, and managing relationships at a senior level to enhance their Management System (MS) capabilities.Your new roleImplement, operate, and continually improve the MS in accordance with ISO requirements.Provide subject matter expertise to ensure the MS is appropriately embedded.Conduct gap analysis on new standards and drive implementation.Collaborate with operational areas and business teams to understand changes and their impact on the MS.Ensure MS documentation, policies, and standards are accurate and up-to-date.Organise and host external audit sessions for ISO assessments.Create and act upon remediation plans and corrective actions.Plan and carry out internal audits, documenting findings and tracking corrective actions.Support resolution of non-compliances to promote continual improvement.Review new processes and products to ensure effective change and risk management.Identify, document, and track EHS risks in line with corporate risk methodology.
