Job Vacancy: Head of Asset Management and Compliance - Housing Provider (Birmingham)

Current vacancy for an experienced professional to join a leading housing provider in Birmingham as the Head of Asset Management and Compliance. This pivotal role will sit within the leadership team of the Assets and Safety Directorate, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Property Services.

Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus a £3,500 car allowance and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an asset management strategy, including 30-year investment programmes.
  • Oversee stock condition programmes and manage associated data.
  • Lead the delivery of major investment programmes, including procurement and contract management.
  • Provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
  • Lead and inspire technical teams to ensure high performance and compliance.
